"If I could give this place a 0 I would soon as we checked in we were told we had 15mins to inspect the room because basically not being able to switch or get a refund. I inspected the room within seven or eight minutes came down stairs to report there were blood stains on my sheet and bugs on my floor. Spoke with the front desk clerk who gave me the opportunity to switch rooms went to the second room, there were roaches on the curtains crawling. I went back downstairs showed the staff the video. He basically told me he cannot approve my refund. He did not have the authority to do that he did not have a number for his management team so he gave me an email address and basically gave me a hard time the whole time. I let him know I will be reporting it to Expedia as well as the Better Business Bureau due to the conditions of the hotel I would not recommend. "

"It's a lovely hotel. I was surprised to see Foosball tables in the extended lobby area. And people were actually playing them! No issues checking in or checking out. The room itself was nice. No carpeting in the room, which was nice, but I think it made it a bit nosier since I heard people above us walking around. They do have "quiet hours" posted. Breakfast was a typical breakfast. Didn't really have any interaction with the staff other than the receptionist and she was polite and helpful. Parking was never an issue and the parking lot was well lit."

"Breakfast the pancake mix for the waffle machine was spoiled. The fire alarms were chirping all night. There was hair all over the shower. There were people smoking in the hallway. This was probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever stayed at. "

"Stayed here for my son game, in a great location and loads of places to eat. Room was nice really spacious, the decor was nice in my opinion. Love that there wasn’t a lot noise outside the hotel or inside by other guests. If we ever in that area for a game I’d stay there for sure."

"The Arabic lady in the facility that remained at the front desk was very cross with me and others. I was in a room that continued to drip from upstairs, I was not offered another room even though this had been going on for two days. My bathroom floor was soaked. I sat for almost two hours to get checked in after I had already paid online. I sat there watching her take walk-ins and a couple that made reservations from their car. Because he had come in and the price that she quoted was different from what he had seen online. So, he went out to the car and made his reservation. She reserved rooms for 3 different rooms while I sat in the lobby waiting. I would not send anyone there for rest and a clean room."
