“Nice property and great location ”

“just returned today, July 6, after a wonderful three-night stay with my sister. From the moment we booked, Wendy was an exceptional host. She was responsive, accommodating, and always answered my questions promptly. Upon arrival, parking was convenient, and check-in was seamless. As long as you follow the provided instructions, accessing the building is simple—the door unlocks after a brief five-second delay. The condo is located on the fourth floor, and when we walked in, it was exactly as……

“The building is in horrible shape but I won't blame the unit owner. The pool was a joke and the attached shopping(?) building was nearly abandoned. The unit could use some updating. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and squeeky. Every movement either my husband or I made was loud and kept us both awake. The velvet bedding was extremely strange in the heat of summer and was uncomfortable. The shower/tub bottom did not feel secure and felt like the plastic was going to fall through the floor. To……

“Amin's apt was clean, well-furnished, conveniently located, well air-conditioned. When it turned out that he couldn't show up to meet me when I arrived, he sent rather cryptic instructions about how to gain access that delayed me for 45 minutes or so. That was not a good start. But after that, everything was fine.”

“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”

“This is a very cute historic building in a great location. The property was close to the ocean and the shopping district. It was an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and parks. A little further walking or a quick trip in the car gives you access to additional quaint shops and dining. Salem is adjacent and thus nearby for history buffs or access to the commuter train. The accommodations are well maintained, cheerful and comfortable. The bedroom was a bit tight, but the bed was……
