“Five stars for location and the apartment is very cute and clean. No ocean views but we knew that ahead of time so just a short walk around the house and you are on the beach. Unfortunately there needs to be more insulation between the upstairs apartment and the bedrooms. The people above us were not trying to be loud but every foot step, chair moving and voices came right into the bedroom which went on until 1am each night. Ugh. Make sure to eat at the Riptide and hike the trails of Parker……

“The house was nice and spacious, dog friendly. The front bedroom looks out to the water. The bathrooms are renovated with heated floors - so nice especially during the coldest week of the season! The location is perfect for walking in warmer weather. Steve and Kristen were great hosts - responsive and helpful. We hope to visit again soon! ”

“The apartment was perfect for our family gathering, well-equipped and had a wonderful common area with a beautiful view from inside and from the balcony looking out over the ocean. The beds were great and there was plenty of room for all of us. Convenient to have two full baths with our large group.The area is wonderfully calm and quiet, especially in the evening, with the sounds of the waves accompanying us to sleep!We enjoyed long walks on the beach and even took a few dips in the water in……

“The views and beach are absolutely gorgeous! I was slightly taken aback that they expect you to bring your own sheets. We also had some difficulty figuring out how to get in, but eventually figured out to go through the back gate. Other than that we had a lovely time and enjoyed the rental! ”

“Property manager was very responsive, and answered every question we had immediately. The property had very tight parking but we managed. House was very clean and nicely decorated. We listened to the waves the whole weekend. Only issue we had was the neighbors used the same staircase on the back and front and we were not used to people walking by our window. But we will definitely rent here again.”

“As an area native, I was back to visit family in the area for a week with my family. This property is terrific for walking into downtown for coffee, shopping, meals and meeting up with people. We really enjoyed the proximity to everything. The space itself is terrific, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, comfy lounge area and cozy bedrooms. Everything was clean, accessible and well thought out. All in all, a great stay we would recommend.”

“Nice location to access to beach across the street was about the only good thing it was a small 510 apt. We shared our kitchen with a door of a resturant that was located on the other side before we arrived we did not realize we would sharing a door there was noise etc., however the resturant was great they were closed for 1 week while we were renting this place 2 weeks there due to Covid. otherwise we would have had to put up with 2 weeks of noise from 7-2 pm when the breakfast/ lunch place……

“We stayed at Emily's for nine weeks, from mid-October until mid-December. Her townhome looks exactly like the pictures, was clean and beyond comfortable. It quickly felt like home. She has a fully stocked kitchen, (we pulled off Thanksgiving with no problems) plenty of towels, blankets, even an air mattress that could be used in the third bedroom if needed. She is so sweet and easy to communicate with. She and her husband have family in the area so even though they were out of town, they had……
