「It is a lovely place to stay, it just needs a refresher on the paint and furniture」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but I cannot recommend this property based on my experience. Before I arrived, my reservation was cancelled because the air conditioning in my assigned room had failed, yet no one contacted me beforehand. After arriving, the proprietor worked with me to find a temporary solution, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the problems extended well beyond the A/C. The room showed obvious signs of deferred maintenance, including rust-colored staining and what appeared...

「The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties.」

「Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.」

「Excellent new property. Great facilities. Staff was fantastic. We had an issue with ac and it was resolved immediately. Plenty of space to spread out, pool, lake, lawn, balcony. Only recommendation I would have is it seems that if restaurant staff doesn’t seat you on balcony, they don’t recognize you for drinks or apps. Helpful hint, if you want to wander off site, Winnisquam Country Store has a great great selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches and grab and go.」
