“I asked specifically to not be put in a handicapped room. Lady at front desk assured me it was not a handicapped room, but when I got in it was still a handicapped room. I decided I wasn't going to fight it. She texted me then to see if I was o.k. but by then I had unpacked and used the bathroom. She offered to move me, but I no thank you. I recommended they find a way to list the rooms that were for handicapped.”

“In town for a quick stop while traveling from Ga to Tx. Very smooth and refreshing check-in, Sonia was very helpful. Room was extremely modern with all the bells and whistles (full fridge, stove, sink & dishwasher). Room was very clean and smelling fresh. Room wasn’t very large but enough to maneuver around without a hassle. Bed was comfortable and I slept undisturbed all night. Only area for improvement I could think of was that the breakfast was lack luster, mainly the eggs & sausage tasted……

“For the first time EVER, the upstairs neighbors kept me up. I stay here often and have NEVER had this issue. This isn't something the hotel could fix unless I had them change my rooms, which I'm sure they would gladly do. These people are truly customer friendly and try to help if there is ever an issue”

“We stayed here at the Budget Inn & Suites for the weekend in between our work week. PJ the owner was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, updated furniture, clean linen was provided - No complaints at all! It's a quiet area and close to an abundance of shops and restaurants. You won't be disappointed - Weekend stay here was comfortable and straight to the point. ”
