“飯店整體：位置離沙灘約走路5分鐘、單車2分鐘即可到達(不知為何網頁標註距離4.5公里)，還有私人沙灘(雖然範圍很小)，非常便利！出飯店直行則是整排大又新穎的各式餐廳與酒吧，吃喝不成問題。客房空間寬敞設備新、整體品味與氣氛細膩度很夠，十分喜歡！
飯店設施：所訂房型無浴缸也只有公共泳池，幸好使用的人不多所以不困擾！專屬洗浴備品很讚。飯店餐廳面對馬路、用餐有些壓力，四周造景使得蚊蟲多比較困擾，餐點味道普通不值價。可免費租借單車＆飯店每日設計特別活動！(有跑步、單車、瑜伽、廚藝、露天電影等)，還有藝文廳展示印尼新銳藝術覺得很棒。
服務品質：飯店保全嚴謹、服務人員很細心，晚間特別到花園陽台點上蚊香。雖然離開時不是向飯店叫車，也幫忙注意行李與調整座椅！
客房清潔度：整潔舒適無話可說，就是插座少又分散，充電麻煩。
入住感想：是性價比極高的飯店！一定向大家推薦，也會再入住！Sanur沙灘似乎專門水上活動，鮮少見人游泳、風有點大。不過比起Kuta真是乾淨地多、也不喧鬧，最適合悠閒度假的地區。”

“There is nothing we did not like. Stayed for 10 days and time flew by. My daughter and I were welcomed with open arms being our first time.in Bali. We were accomodated in every way you can imagine from taxi rides to food serving in the room. Amazing staff everyone knows you by your name, always a smile and no question too dificult. “We had a really lovely stay and the quaint Palm Garden Hotel. It’s better in real life rhyan the photos portray. Slightly quirky and a little old fashioned in places, but the staff were lovely and the gardens and pool area really well kept. “The garden is nice and staff are friendly however can only handle basic English and may not be able to provide assistance on basic travel info. Arrived in the evening, I asked the staff if any place for nice restaurant and money exchange, she is not certain about the opening hour of the money exchange and she thought it was closed already by 7pm and not sure for places for food.
