「The room was cozy, clean, and well maintained. The location is very convenient — close to Migros and just a short walk to the metro station. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there are a few things to keep in mind: there are short stairs in front of the lobby, so you may need to carry your luggage, and staff might not always be available to assist. 「* Very low efficiency * house keeping staff ignored the do not disturb, knocked aggressively at 9am and then stood outside door laughing. * the same member of staff was listening into the room and laughing. This was seen by me via the rooms peaking hole. * room service called at 3am and didn’t speak on the line * orders took too long * for an international hotel with high volume tourists English levels were very low to the point where the phrase “pot of tea” was not understood.」

「Breakfast is good especially the soup and pan egg, wifi is steady, close to metro, staff are friendly, bathroom is clean. But the sound proof is poor. Near a camii and some noisy machine sound nerves me. Overall is ok considering the price.」

「This hotel is tucked aside from the city downtown but you can easily reach other Istanbul places by using Hazledar metro station that’s less than 5 min walk away (ps. Can take M3 line down to Bakirkoy to reach Sea of Marmara) and about 15 min walk to Mehmet Akif tram station that can take you to the city center.
