“We had a beautiful weekend away here! The property is stunning and right in the bush. It was a little hard to find as we arrived in the dark but was worth it. The property looked like the photos and the outdoor shower was great! The kitchen is decently stocked and the bbq works great! We would love to stay again”

“We chose to have a very quiet Xmas this year. Staying for 4 nights at Heron’s Rest was peaceful calm and serene. The surroundings and scenery are beautiful with the dam taking centre stage with lotus flowers bobbing and blooming. A glass of wine on the pontoon and watching our dog get control of her ‘Pontoon legs’ was very entertaining! We had everything we needed in the accommodation. The skyscraper loaf of bread was sublime. We would definitely return. Thanks again to our hosts.”
