"My husband and I stayed here for 8 days and loved it! The host thought of everything we might need during our stay and then some. It was truly a home away from home. This is within walking distance to some cute downtown shops and restaurants and very close to Colorado National Monument. We used it as a central hub to visit the Monument, Grand Mesa, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Ouray, Fruita, and Palisade. The house was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. We loved the supplied toiletries, laundry soap, dish soap etc. It was so nice not having to purchase extra on our trip."

"The room was very clean but some of the common areas are starting to show wear and tear. Breakfast was okay. One employee was friendly but never asked if I was a Hilton Honors member and did not even notice when she asked for my driver's license upon check in that it was my birthday. (If you are going to ask to look at someone's ID you should always check the birthday!) None of the other employees ever acknowledged us with a hello when entering and exiting the hotel or at breakfast."

"This property worked out great for us. We were in town for a baseball tournament. The location was great for getting to the fields and exploring downtown. The home was very clean and check in was very convenient. Response time from the host was fast. We would absolutely stay here again."
