Demnach waren wir ( Paar ) rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen, insofern die Wahl nochmals auf Kreta fallen sollte.」

Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten wir dennoch. Es wäre schön, wenn es auf der Hotelanlage eine reine Bar gegeben hätte, die auch tagsüber geöffnet hätte. Die Thea Bar ist superschön - hat allerdings erst ab 17:30 geöffnet. Man hat zwar Möglichkeiten allerdings immer mit 'Essen' als Prio.

Cependant, hôtel très bruyant, l’isolation pas au top on entend les portes claquées dès 7h du matin, les piscines sont belles mais malheureusement pas chauffées (peut-être qu’en juillet-aout elles sont plus agréables), pour le buffet, la cuisine crétoise n’est pas trop mise en avant c’est dommage. 「You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright,spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly....
