“This property is an apartment complex with some rooms that are offered as hotel rooms. The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, although I did not have any issues. I was on the first floor and both my patio door and bedroom window were unlocked when I checked in, which was a bit unnerving. The check in instructions are detailed and had pictures but were also a bit lengthy. The room was clean. ”

In like an old warehouse with super tall ceilings very thick walls, very quiet, very convenient in the downtown. We had a little difficulty getting through the main gate, as unknown to the host, the lock repair man installed the lever for the gate upside down; so you have to move the lever up instead of down to open the gate. “**SCAM ALERT!!** Property doesn't disclose check in info at booking. You have to contact the owner prior to recieve instructions however the owner NEVER Answered calls, text or in app messages!! I even conctacted support and they still couldn't get through to them. After several dispute attempts Expedia finally got to the owner somehow and they still denied a refund knowing they did not fulfill there obligation! Expedia is STILL fighting to get my refund and they STILL DON'T ANSWER CALLS. I was……
