“We enjoyed our short but very sweet night at Palazzo Privatera. We arrived on the heels of Cyclone Henry, so much of the town was shut down, but our host Alfio was extremely insightful and helpful. He showed us around this mideivel treasure, hosted a wonderful breakfast, and made our stay so comfortable! Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the amazing property and town, but hope to return in the future to enjoy more of Mt Etna’s beauty and vineyards!”

“The host, Guiseppe was very accommodating. The ferries were not running to the Aeolian islands due to weather conditions, and this place was available. We were fortunate that we stayed here on such short notice and with quick entry to property. Very close to ferry, cafes, and shops. Parking is a little hectic, but we found spots close to apartment. “I had a wonderful stay here in Taormina. The location is absolutely fabulous—close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. Ferdinando was incredibly helpful and welcoming; he met me outside on arrival and personally showed me to the room, which made check-in very easy. The room was spotless, newly renovated, and beautifully done. Mine opened directly onto the garden, which was such a lovely bonus. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay and would highly recommend staying here to anyone……
