“We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.”

“Have notified Expedia as amenities list on here does not match what is provided & what is listed on other sites so is out of date. Hotel itself was lovely but there were things we booked it for which did not exist, so is worth checking the hotel site directly before booking. Some staff were exceptional, lady with long brown hair on reception & waiter with glasses were both very helpful & friendly during our stay. Breakfast very good. Hotel very clean, room had everything needed. But there were……

“There was never any hot water for a shower and our room/bathroom smelled of damp and mould. The Tv remotes didn’t work. We were provided only with two small thin individual blankets even though we are a couple. The spiral staircase is so small you can barely fit up it yourself let alone with your luggage and also it’s dangerous as there is no hand rail. The building is so small that you can hear anytime someone shuts a door or is talking downstairs. ”
