“Sheets dingy and smelled. Refrigerator made so much noise we had to unplug it. No breakfast as stated.”

“The non-smoking room that I had, smelled like smoke. There wasn't much toilet paper and there wasn't any soap but the man at the front desk was very kind and said that if anything was missing to please let him know and he would take care of it. The bed was comfortable and I got some good sleep.”

The parking lot was really dirty and was full of sketchy people lurking around. I did not feel the most safe staying in this location. Will not be back.”

“This very nasty, dirty smoke saturated place. All pictures as fake. I went to room and back to my car to find alternative accommodations. My expectations were low but this place is worse than I could have imagined. I felt dirty and disgusting by merely entering the room. The mold in the bathroom, the stain on the sheets and towel are just the beginning. I returned the key and told the front desk person I could not stay there and offered to show him the room to see if he would stay there. He……

“It was just okay. Rooms were outdated. The hotel could use some curb appeal. I almost booked somewhere else when we pulled it. It was a little scary, motel looking. Once I got in it wasn’t that bad. It’ll do for a one night stay. Anything longer… look elsewhere.”

“The lobby and hallway was dingy and dirty. The first room we were in smelled like cigarettes and had burns in the bedspread, the second room he showed us smelled like cat pee, the third was a little better. If I could have gotten my money back I would have slept in the car”

“Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed extra towels, they delivered them to us.”

“The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I……
