Very close to shopping and food, but, property needs a good cleaning, repairs, and a coat of paint everywhere. I should have suspected the property was not in good condition based upon the price per night. The friends I was visiting in Peoria made me promise not to stay there again—based on reputation and number of police calls.

I really liked how clean the dog potty area was, they had the garbage cleaned out each morning and plenty of waste bags i noticed, even though i carry my own at all times.

Room was modern and clean. Property was next to the expressway but traffic noise was not bad. Staff was very helpful and quick to solve minor room issues. Reasonably priced. Perfect for an overnight stay while on a trip.

The property is a bit out of the way, but not too terrible. The common areas are not in the best repair but not horrible either. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean... not immaculate, but surprisingly tidy and accommodating while being among the more budget options in the area. I would stay here again, easy choice.

The room and hotel was fairly standard with nothing that stood out, but was clean and allowed a good night's sleep. The room had some minor issues but nothing important.

Staff was nice at check in. Parking lot was filled with trash and smelled like weed. Rooms were. In smoking but still smelled of smoke. Bathroom was not very clean. Sheets has stains on them. Was tolerable for the night. No Wi-Fi available. Would not stay again.

Woke up to loud screams, door slams, and police sirens! Peeked out my door to see what looked like a parade of prostitutes leaving (one) rooms. Did I mention this was at 4am? Price is decent, management seems cool, but beware this Hotel is not for the faint of heart! Took the front desk clerk (three) attempts to find a room that wasn’t vacant…. Seems unorganized, and poorly managed. Close to lots of food options though.

The staff were very friendly and the desk clerk was awesome. But that's where the good ends. Upon walking into the motel it reeked of stake cigarettes and musty odors and I instantly regretted my choice. Once I got to my room it got worse. The air was stale and hot as the AC wasn't on (it's July) and it didn't get very cool. EVERYTHING SMELLED BAD. The air, the bedding, the bathroom, all smelled like stale cigarette smoke mixed with must and slight ammonia and some other unclean smells. When I left, EVERYTHING I owned and brought into the room - my bag, all my clothes, down to my hairbrush - reeked of the same odor. Two days later and everything I haven't washed thoroughly still reeks of this place. AVOID. THERE'S A REASON IT'S SO CHEAP!

It smells of urine. We tried checking for bed bugs, but the mattresses are stained so badly we couldn’t. The furniture was all chewed up. We asked to be refunded and left. Some creepy man followed us to our car.
