「room was clean, air conditioning was a little bit noise 」

「Room has been renovated so it was nice enough but we spilled water on the floor and the towel was so dirty. We only got 2 washcloths and 3 towels for 4 days of stay. The coffee maker was broken. I contacted the place and they never came to fix anything or bring new towels when requested. The office was never open the entire stay. For the price I would have expected a little more 」

「Staff was amazing and bent over backwards to help us correct our reservation (our error). Room was clean. Easy walking distance to the best sites in Twisp.」
