「The property was clean but there was absolutely no staff that was useful. We stayed for 4 days with two babies under two and were left with only two towels. When we asked for more towels, no one would help us. Overall I wish there was more staff to help the customers it would make the stay a lot more enjoyable.」

「To start off- great communications from the team. Very prompt with information on how to check in, what the area has to offer etc. and even on the day of checking in, Kelly was there to assist where to park etc. When we got in, everything was clean, the house had amazing view of the lake. Kitchen was stocked with all required utensils, and bathroom with sufficient towels for party of 10. Pool wasn’t open in April, but hot tub was there for everyone to enjoy.
