「Really nice place. I did not know I did not have a kitchen but that was my fault. Service was super nice. We (all of Winthrop) had to evacuate due to a level 3 fire and staff was so nice. Reached out to me to give me my refund. Did not have to chase anyone down. I’ll be back.」

「Room was clean but beds were just ok. Deep tub had no safety grab bars so getting in and out eas tricky. Electronic check in had issues- code was supposed to be sent by 4pm but did not come so we had to ask. We got it after two requests around 415. Pool gate had no instructions on how to open.」
