“Excellent location, beautifully designed and exceptionally dog friendly.”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“Helpful staff”

“Great stay at the Grand Hotel de la Seine. We had a quadruple room which worked excellently for 2 adults and 2 children. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is pretty quiet despite being near a busy road. We used the hotel parking which is quite tight in a big car but is really secure and OK so long as you take it slow! The location is convenient to walk into Rouen for sight seeing and restaurants and also to walk along the river. The staff were really helpful with check in and out.……

“Leider hatte das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage (soweit wir erkennen konnten). Durch die "verkehrsgünstige" Lage recht laut. Ansonsten basic aber ok, Personal sehr nett.”

“Very pleasant hotel in excellent location.”

“We had a large room with queen-size bed, the bathroom was massive with a large hand basin but no shelves to put your toiletry bag, so I had to put it outside the bathroom. In my 40+ years of travelling around, it’s the first time a hotel doesn’t offer cups for rinsing teeth, or even for drinking. No hairdryer again, and I only realised after washing my hair after midnight. A room opposite us made squeaky noise every now and then, it was loud enough to wake us up early in the morning. Please……

“Good for the price, basic room which functions well for a night or a few nights in Rouen. Location OK in the day but quite sketchy at night. Parking situation confusing as it is in a shopping centre nearby, and costs 6€ extra. No A/C in room so a bit more of a warm night in summer.”
