「I Rented the penthouse with hot tub and couldn’t get dry towels other than the 2 inside and 2 outside towels for 2 people wanting to be in and out of the water and enjoy. The next day we couldn’t do late checkout because the room needed to be cleaned because and was told it was rented that night. I would have preferred to stay up there but we were moved to the jacuzzi tub room and still no towels. I went out of my way specifically for the hottub and jacuzzi because I needed them for therapy.
