「The staff does the best that they can, all things considered. We booked a stay for 3 nights and ended up staying one and finding another hotel. First, we were awoken by a fight or something in the hotel. I know that the staff can't do much about that, but it was an issue. Then there was the lack of air conditioning. Many of the rooms don't have much airflow (they face a small interior courtyard), so opening the windows doesn't help much. We were on the fourth floor which also didn't help for the...

「We had a great stay here for 4 days during the World Cup for the Mexico v Ecuador game. Our room/apartment was huge compared to most hotel rooms and had everything we needed. Location was great too down a secure road. Special thanks to our host - Humberto for organising safe transfer to and from the Azteca for a convincing 2-0 win to Mexico. Gracias.」
