“This is a really lovely place to stay.Very clean, quite,cosy with a real fire.From the windows you get a lovely view of the gardens.Holmfirth is just a 20 minute walk.Hosts were very helpful.Would we go back? YES.”

“Lovely little cottage. We booked here as it was close to Cannon Hall Farm, Hall and gardens, which was the main purpose of our visit -10mins drive up the road! We travelled over 4 hours to get there.Parked on the road, small driveway to other properties you could probably stop outside to unpack if needed but we walked up from the road a few metres.We had all we needed for our stay - pots, pans utensils, towels, toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc. after reading the reviews I took some extra……

“This cottage was beautiful, fantastic views over to the castle, (which is walkable, through the fields, a three mile round walk which we did with children). The cottage is spotless and well equipped. the setting is very tranquil, shops and pubs within a 2/3 mile drive. Would definately recommend this property Hosts very helpful and friendly.”
