"The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, right next to a Metrolink stop. On arrival, the staff were very helpful and accommodating and I found the room to be very clean and well kept. My stay was quiet and relaxing and I’d definitely use this hotel again."

"Always loved The Mal for its quirkiness, 17yo daughter was impressed. Cool decor, DJ in the bar, comfy rooms with air con. Only quibble is there was only 1 very flat pillow per bed, daughter nabbed the spare, i could have done with another and Im sure they would have provided but we were tired and i cluldnt be bothered to ask! Some better quality pillows wouldn't go amiss. Bedside tables a little tired looking and a spot behind the bathroom door had not been cleaned. "
