"Overall this was a good stay. Upon arrival the lady on the desk was really friendly and got me checked in. I was on the 19th floor. Room was clean. Didn't have any noise disturbance overnight. The bed was comfortable. The bath was a bit slippy when I used the shower. The ventilation system seems to always make a noise even if it's meant to be off. The green light from the gas monitor wasn't great as it reflected through the glass bedside table. "

"The hotel was excellent and well located but quite difficult to find using a sat nav. I also picked the hotel because I thought they had onsite parking when in reality it was a 10 minute walk away and cost £8 so was disappointed with that."
