「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」

It was quite clean but being a Towncenter hotel it was extremely noisy through the night into the early hours of the morning and then to cap it off workmen started work on the McDonald’s opposite at 6 am in the morning, so I’m not a great night sleep. 」

「Clean room, plenty of easy on site parking, lovely efficient friendly lady on the reception. Do not pay for your parking on hotel.com, as I did, as I had to pay again at the venue. The receptionist explained that hotel.com do not have the facility to pay the private parking company, and I had to request a refund (from hotel.com). The receptionist advised me to always pay for the parking at the actual hotel.」
