“I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam ”

“The house was really nicely renovated and felt fresh and comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. Parking was also easy and it was nice to have a little outdoor space on the patio!”

“We were visiting Marsden for a family wedding and so the location was perfect. Peter was there to welcome us and show us around. Lovely and spacious, fabulous surroundings and we loved the neighbours (sheep!). ”

“I am always dubious about making a booking when there are no reviews. However I cross referenced and found glowing reviews on another site. They didn’t exaggerate , Ben’s cottage is wonderful. Spotlessly clean, all up to date equipment and appliances that you could wish for and the majority top of the range. Massive Sony TV with Bose speakers for instance. All rooms were larger than expected and very well furnished. Wonderful, well planned, if bijou, outdoor area with excellent views. Front of……
