The staff at the hotel restaurant and gift store were very unfriendly to us. We asked the staff for help in a very friendly manner, yet we were treated with a very poor attitude and no sincere apology was made to us. It was a very bad feeling to be discriminated against for the money spent and will never choose this hotel again!

The hotel has a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes to the airport. Extremely convenient.

Always stay at the Sheraton. The food is excellent and rooms are very comfortable. This stay however the fire alarm we off a few times and was so early in the morning which work me up. It seems like there was an issue with the system.
