「The room was clean, and great client service.」

「The lights didn’t work in half the room, the balcony door was locked and i wasnt able to access it. And the jets in the bathtub didnt work, the control pannel had no features.」

「I did not like all the hidden cost. Was charged twice for parking, contact the bank to dispute. The property ran out of Towels, was not able to get face cloths for the entire trip, hod to use large towels. The building as large as it was only had two elevators. My 49th wedding anniversary and it was horrible. Had to apologize to wife not seeing all the misleading.」

Called the number in my email numerous times with every time getting a word recording with no way to leave a message....

「This is a high-rise building that allows short-term rentals and it was very convenient to use the key cafe kiosk in the lobby to get our key and check into the apartment. One of the reasons we chose a VRB Is because we were looking forward to having the benefits of a home, including a dishwasher, clothes washer, dryer, etc. Although this apartment is beautiful and has a great view, it doesn't really feel like a home in that we were told that we have to buy our own laundry detergent and detergent...
