“Lots of attention to detail here. A beautiful open loft with 3 bedrooms and a nice bathroom upstairs. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. And there’s a nice little fenced in area in the Back if you have a pet. Even little pet bowls on a stand in the kitchen. We did not use it but there is a gas fireplace in the main floor area. Small convenience store right across the street. And it is close to the Dayton campus which was why we were in town. Sheets were super soft and……

“This property is 1/2 of a '50's-era house that serves as a residence when not rented out. The host was very helpful and accommodating, answering all my questions promptly, and even allowing me to check in a couple of hours early. Everything was clean and functional, and there is a gazebo in which I could secure my bike and keep it out of the weather. “It worked very well for our situation. However I would have like to see a folder with a list of things we needed to do before we departed. Was also missing some basic kitchen supplies like plastic wrap and aluminum foil. A dish washer would also be nice. However sine we were visiting relatives we didn’t need the kitchen much. Overall a very nice experience and a great location for us. ”

“Have been waiting on a refund from host for over a week. He has been contacted by VRBO & Expedia multiple times without response. I was not going to leave a negative review but the host has left me no choice. We arrived at the property on check in day to a *very strong* odor of moth balls. At first we thought it had just been closed up for a long time & that it would decrease with air circulation. Within 15 minutes, my headache was so bad that I ended up vomiting. “Bedroom was not clean (garbage under covers and bed). Dog poop out in the yard, coffee pot did not work. While the space was generally similar it was different than pictured, very basic, not comfortable. A lot of small damaged things (broken cabinet drawers covered with foam board, broken closet doors, no stopper in sink). Only had 3 bath towels for 6 people. Some rooms upstairs were cold. We stayed our scheduled two nights but would not recommend. The neighborhood was nice. ”
