「This hotel has no reception or staff in house to support you. When I arrived, I realized that I had to check, provided ID and my picture via an app. If you need anything, there was a phone number but no one picked up. The line was always busy. I had no option to text them then waited for their responses. Expedia should have a label for this type of hotel so it would not mislead travellers. The room is not as shown in the pictures. 「Una excelente opción para quedarse. El personal es súper servicial y las habitaciones destacan por su limpieza. Las vistas a la playa son increíbles y el ambiente es muy acogedor. Muy recomendado」

「Room was great, very clean and plenty of room. Pool was on the roof and a great vibe. Unfortunately, to no fault of the property, all the buildings around it are being built aka under construction but did not keep us awake. Gym is also a huge pro on the 33rd floor 」

「Check the comforters on the bed for blood n other “juices” and look around for the roaches and make sure you put furniture on the door because someone will try your door multiple times thru out the night trying to get in and don’t park around the residence」
