「The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I love how walkable it is to anywhere in Midtown or Edgewater and very easy to get anywhere else as well. The staff is super helpful and was responsive even at late hours when I was trying to check in. Definitely will stay here again and recommend it to anyone else!」

「DO NOT RENT WITH THIS RENTAL COMPANY. Units are old and worn down. They do NOT match the photos at all. The balcony and pool areas are all under construction and off limits which is not mentioned in the description. They put us in a completely different room than the one we booked. I contacted the property managers to see what can be done and they failed to respond. AVOID 」

「The kitchen was equipped. The ice maker to the refrigerator was broken. The nozzles on the faucets were broken. Beds were attached with rotten wood. Curtains were nasty. Crack floor tiles. Rusty stains in the tub and showers. Sheets were stained. Don't book based on pictures. I was in room 3741 and was disappointed. Maintenance and the manager fixed some of the issues including the AC. 」

The location was perfect lots of restaurants, dining shopping, walk across the road to the beach where you could rent umbrellas .The amenities at the location had everything we needed. Wi-Fi was great. Our host was exceptional. Every time I messaged her to get some direction to do something. She always replied. She was very friendly and accommodated.」
