“Great stay in this cute efficiency. The area was quiet and convenient. It was super clean and check in was easy. It is furnished and equipped very nicely. The only thing I might mention is that the furnishings are on the petite side, which concerned us at first but we were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“This property was in a prime location for our trip to Miami over New Years. We were able to enjoy Miami Beach, Calle Ocho, the Everglades, Key Biscayne, and many of the art districts in Miami without much driving. The property was clean, very well stocked (including coffee and some welcome gifts), and had a great fenced in area for our dog and for grilling dinner. “Sandi and her daughter were very helpful with tips on the area and finding a good school. Their dog and cats were very friendly. The neighborhood was safe and secure. It was nice to stay in a separate casita. ”
