不满意：清洁度
I spent time choosing a place based on the pictures on Vrbo. Get to the location and I was given another unit…totally different decor and very outdated. I would not have booked it. I went to front desk anti complain and they told me that there was something wrong (electrical?) with the original room I booked. They told me they would give me a 25 per night discount or I could go and try to find another place last minute to stay in Miami. They then found me another room that was nowhere as nice as the original room I had booked but better than the one I was placed in. Still disappointing and very expensive. I will not stay there again. It felt like a “bait and switch” tactic. No advance warning (they apparently knew the night before) that my room was no longer available and did not let me know so I could have figured out another option. In fact, I called that morning and they told me my room that I booked was available. Really really disappointing. Really don’t know what to believe other than the whole experience was bad.
