2bd Beachfront Master Ste, Bay View w/balcony, Pool, nearby dining, beach access

Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Beach access, pool, towels and chair availability were great! The unit was remodeled so it looked new. 3/5 beds were comfortable. The unit itself does not have heat- it was 32 for a week and 63 inside. The air conditioning when it warmed up did not work. Permanently set to 72 and was about 78 in the unit. They only have sheets no blankets. You have to ask for blankets at house keeping and they are limited. The fan above stove was permanently broken - knobs ripped off. Dishwasher and freezer leaked. No sharp knives, 2 glasses, three plates and two coffee cups for a 3 bedroom unit. If you are driving, bring your provisions.

The apartment was in rough shape. Kitchen not equipped, no working ice maker or even ice cube tray, nor was there an ice machine in the building. Furniture not in great shape. The health club in disrepair. Disappointing.

The team was great but the unit need a lot of work. Looked like Helen Keller did the wall patchwork. It was unfortunate that the weekend we were down there was the coldest in history but they could not prevent that God knows so that is far from a reflection on the team.

Tuve que solicitar cambio de habitacion porque las alfombras estaban todas manchadas y no estaba limpio, muy descuidado. La habitacion que me dieron estaba limpia, habia solo una alfombra manchada con sangre. Cobraron 30 usd por dia del eatacionamiento (en el aviso de expedia no estaba informado, si en el de Vrbo) Al hacer el reclamo ante expedia me hicieron notar que el contrato fue con Vrbo. Lo que dicen que ofrecen para la playa resultan ser solo dos reposeras por habitacion, independientemente de las personas que se hospeden. La sombrilla son 20usd por dia. El unico trato amable fue una persona de servicio que nos explico como comprar la tarjeta del laundry.
