Great place to stay in Miami beach

We really enjoyed our stay. I have some recommendations, there were no brooms or dustpans to do daily clean up, you can hear water running all night from leaky toilet tanks, thermostat was not working properly, it stays on running 24/7 in one temperature setting, 72*, only option was to turn off. I would install a sun block curtain in the living room sliding doors as it gets the afternoon sun and it heats up the unit, thus maintaining it cooler. Little things sometimes makes a difference.Thank you!

Needed some improvement

The property was nice,location was good, could have been cleaned a bit better, AC in the back bedroom did not work at all, we couldn’t get the temp under 79 but the AC in the front thermostat was reading correctly. we did have some issues. Checked in late Friday night, saw a roach (alive) on the bathroom floor. Didn’t see but the one. We asked the front desk for washcloths there was not a single one in the condo, had to go down 3 different times to even get some, was told they had no way to get them since housekeeping wasn’t in, went back down the next day asked again, they said there was no note about it left, as the front desk guy said he would. Asked again, was told a note was being left for housekeeping, again nothing all day, went back down and was told we had to bring all our towels down to get new ones including washcloths witch we never had, and if there was any available they would be left at the front desk in an hour. Most of the towels provided had orangish stains on them. Overall property was decent but definitely had some issues that needs attention.

We were not running on time at check out. (30 min late10:30 and they had security come to the room and escort us to the elevator, kinda crazy. It ok would have been better at a hotel tho. Got yelled at by security for not having a shirt coming back from the pool.

Nice resort and safe area

Unit was nice and clean, sparsely decorated. Both bedrooms and living room open up to the balcony with a great sunset view of the water channel. Each bathroom did have a hairdryer. Resort is clean but is a little tired. Alcoholic drinks are very pricey. Beach is gorgeous, each unit comes with 2 lounge chairs that they set up for you. Extra chairs are $15 each and an umbrella rental is $20 daily. Very safe area. No convenient stores nearby. Breakfast was delicious and affordable.

Family vacation

The pictures on the listing are not the picture that describe the property . The pool chair cushions were stained and dirty , the property is really dated and run down . The apartment was ok. Not much furniture, kitchen was not well stocked for making meals , no second hair dryer. I would not book this building again
