Nice but basic property - actually 2 houses!
This property worked fine for a large group of 20 friends, but not our favorite -- it is impractically set up and poorly equipped for groups, and with one major flaw vs. the description: it is actually two neighboring houses connected by a confusing back patio, not one large house! Pros: clean (and full cleaning service included!), lots of beds, nice pool, beach chairs/equipment available, beach is a short drive, large dining table to enjoy. Hosts were very responsive when we had a lockout problem (the locks are not clearly labeled and we had to hop a fence when we accidentally locked ourselves out). Cons: the actual layout and furnishings are not well designed for large groups. The kitchens are very limited in equipment, limited towels and toiletries in the bathroom, impractical bathroom setup for large groups (one half has ensuite bathrooms, the other half has 1 bathroom for 3-4 bedrooms). The furnishings are also not practical -- one half has a foosball table instead of a dining table, and each only has seating for ~6 people, with a large dining table for ~16 in the other. We had to move furniture around to have enough space to squeeze the full group into one social space. If you need somewhere to crash or don't plan to spend much time at the property, then this might be a great fit to sleep a large group. If you want a quality space for a large group to spend time together cooking, playing games, relaxing, then this might not be the most practical.

Good for Large Groups
I stayed with a large group of friends and it was the perfect setup in order to have enough bedrooms. There are actually two separate areas of the house with two kitchens and bathrooms/bedrooms in both parts. The pool was a great area for hanging out and there was enough table/seating for us to have meals together. We left behind a phone and the host was kind enough to offer to mail it after our stay.

Great Place for Large Groups
Was an awesome spot, being able to fit my whole group into one house and have us all stay together. House was very clean and nice and not too far away from the beach or downtown.

Great for big group
Booked this property for a big family gathering. The pictures of the property are very accurate. The host was very responsive and cordial. The property was very clean and was a convenient split mother daughter layout that provided a lot of privacy. The pool was well maintained and we were very happy with our stay here

Great experience for large groups
We couldn’t imagine we all can fit into one house. But we did. And we had a great time. The house looks like it was renovated recently. The furniture is all new. Nice genuine leather sofas. Very comfortable beds. Good TVs everywhere. 5 minutes to the beach, and the pool deck was wide enough for us all.
