Excellent location but that's about all
My stay started off rough. I checked in with the front desk and proceeded to my room only to get in and find it dirty. I tried calling the number I had to contact the property manager; no answer. I received a text back (all communication was via text or email). My family had to sit in the hall and wait for housekeeping to clean the room. We were finally able to gain access about 5pm. We dropped our luggage and left for dinner. Upon returning I realized the toilet was barely flushing AND it was leaking. Again, I called the number I had only to receive another text. About an hour a handyman shows up. It took him & another gentleman about an hour to "unstop" the toilet. They were not able to fix the leak. Someone from the front desk sent an email to the property manager informing them that a plumber needed to fix the leak; I was copied on the email. No plumber came while my family was there. We kept a towel wrapped around the toilet our entire stay. However, I continued to receive emails asking about my stay. Each time I rambled off all the problems I had. I never received a call or response to any of the emails I replied to. I will admit the location is great! My advice: stay at this property; just do not book with this management company.
P.S. The elevators are super slow and there are only two.
