The property is essentially a nightclub. Don’t expect to get any sleep here as they will blast music into your paper thin wall room and expect you to be cool with it. They never mention anything about the music and how loud it would be. I literally booked another hotel and left after suffering for 5hrs. DONT MAKE THIS MISTAKE TRUST ME BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE

Great hotel, nice rooms and amenities but the sercive in the bar and restaurant was lacking. The pool area should be open longer, does not need to be staffed to be used for the pool. The font desk check-in was quite curt, but would stay again because of the great location and roof top pool. Service was very slow.

Nice property, location is unique set in an art district that awakens at night so be ready to party or listen to it from your room. They do provide you with earplugs. Very relaxing during the day and very lively at night.

I feel like I was misled by all the fake online reviews. I honestly don’t understand how this is considered a 4-star hotel. The room was extremely small, the area didn’t feel safe at all, and the parking was very inconvenient. They charged $61 per night for parking, not the amount listed online, and added several extra fees even though I had already paid in full. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I would never recommend this hotel!!!

Had a great stay here. The location was amazing super walkable and easy to get to bars, shops, and everything around Wynwood. The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice, and overall, it was a really convenient and enjoyable place to stay. Definitely a great option if you want to be in the middle of the action.

Stayed at Arlo Wynwood recently and overall the hotel itself was just okay. The design and location are great if you want to be in the middle of Wynwood, but there were some major downsides. The noise levels outside the hotel are extremely loud and go well into the night. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to consider. On top of that, the walls felt paper thin — we could clearly hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. Unfortunately, we also saw bugs in our room, which was disappointing and not what you expect when staying at a hotel in this price range. It’s a good spot if you’re looking for a lively party atmosphere, but if you’re hoping for a quiet, relaxing stay, this may not be the right choice.

I was very happy with my choice to stay at Arlo Wynwood. The customer service was absolutely exceptional, the staff really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The rooftop pool is a huge highlight, and having 15% off food and drinks at the restaurant and bar was super convenient and much appreciated. The location is perfect if you want to keep costs down while staying in a cool area. It’s an easy, reasonable Lyft ride to Brickell, South Beach, and Little Havana (usually around $15–$20 each way) My only heads-up is that the rooms are definitely on the smaller side, and the beds weren't the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, though they certainly weren't the worst. Because the hotel is so new, everything felt incredibly clean and well-kept. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely come back!

The staff (front desk, doormen, cleaners, servers) was amazing, and we loved our room. super close to Wynwood Walls and Wynwood Marketplace, and several clubs. The rooftop is so cute, and the food and drinks served at the hotel are pretty good. We arrived at the hotel at 11 am and wanted to drop off our bags and come back for check-in at 3 pm, but they let us check in within 15 minutes of arriving, which was a great start to our stay! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Wynwood.
