NYE in Miami

Apartment as described and location was absolutely perfect! Such a short walk (2-4 blocks) to all restaurants, ocean Blvd, and the beach! Cannot beat the price for this spot.

Honeymoon vacay

The staff was very helpful and nice. She was very kind and welcoming. The condo was a little smaller than I expected but it worked out well nevertheless. The unit was clean however there was dust particles on the wall and ceiling. I would also suggest that you spray some insecticides for little creepy crawling pests. Other than that we had an amazing time.

it’s all about attention!!

it’s all about attention and the owners Joe and Debora make sure you are ok and make absolutely sure if the place it’s clean and if I had the attention that you should have by the employees and I completely did, the receptionist are make sure you ok and the have a really good vibe sense the first time you walk in in the building,… my schedule it’s going every 3 months to Miami and I’m definitely coming back in December and I’m a try to stay again in this place !! Love it !! Thanks guys !!

a terrible experience

the apartment is old and dilapidated, not at all corresponding to the photos, the cleaning is superficial, the sheets were stained. then they even stole the clothes I had left in the apartment just after checking out despite having warned the owner that I would come to pick them up
