Desde que llegamos no sabíamos cuál era la entrada y Parqueo, cuando llamamos la persona que nos atendió fue poco amable para tratarnos, resulta que tuvimos que dejar el carro afuera y caminar cuadras para llegar a la habitación, cuando llegamos a la habitación no había agua caliente en la ducha, en la cocina no caía agua en el lavaplatos, no habían casi ni utensilios de cocina, la puerta del baño no está completa no cierra entonces cualquiera te puede ver,, en la ducha al momento de usarla se sale el agua por todos lados, tiene fugas, las condiciones generales son muy malas de la habitación, llamamos para que fueran a arreglar lo de la ducha y la cocina y nunca llegaron, deben mejorar muchísimo y para lo que cobran debería de estar en mejores condiciones.

Boutique????? You're kidding me ! Broken bed. No lights in the bedroom. No internet connection even after begging a few times to fix it. 4 parking lots only. If coming after 10pm forget about finding a place to park around the property. I looked for an hour for a parking lot in the neighborhood.

Run the other way.

Hard to find. Never got the text on how to enter property. You literally need a photo of the entry door just to get into property. No parking at all. Good luck finding a spot on the street. No Kleenex, napkins or paper towels. No linens for pullout sofa bed. I MM gone my surprise having to sleep on a completely bare mattress that is old and completely worn out. And light above sofa flickers so we couldn’t use. But the ceiling fan is not balanced so it clanks and we couldn’t use it either. Awful experience.

Didn’t go in expecting much from other reviews but place met expectations from moment of arrival! Came with a couple beach chairs as well walkable from a 24 hour convenience store and from the beach! Good Lyft prices to south beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Wynwood and Biscayne. Nice terrace area and great check in with codes on gates and doors. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again!

I arrived and the room they gave me was already occupied. We didn’t have hot water to shower my entire trip. Then they threatened to tow our rental because we paid for parking and there was none at all

The beds were completely saggy and unreasonable. This also applies to the sofa bed on which our daughter tried to sleep. But there might be one more reason why you are not able to sleep: The street is very noisy! Other than advertised in the description, there was no parking. The landlord even threatened to tow you away when asked if you could stand in one of the three free (but apparently reserved for other purposes) parking spaces. The shower is lukewarm at best, never warm or hot. There is no reception or phone number.Communication is only possible via email. Emails have been answered after 1-2 hours. The vending machine didn't work. If your navigation system has shown you the way to the accommodation and you wonder if you are right: There is no hotel sign and the accommodation does not look like in the photos. Unfortunately you're in the right place! At least the rooms were clean.

Stay someplace else. Do yourself a favor.

It is clean, and has a nice TV. That's why it's 2 stars instead of 1. The advertising for this location is deceptive, and it is ultimately not worth the price. Ignore the posted room rate. By the time you pay the Property Fee you might as well stay someplace else. There is a kitchen in this unit, but there are no pots or dishes to cook with, not even a bottle opener. Poorly written check in instructions. I had to guess to figure out how to open the room because the instructions do not include the fact that you have to press # after you enter the code. Then I had to call to figure out how to lock the door, because there is no doorknob on the inside, and no key (code only). You have to hold the door closed then hold a code button for 3 seconds. None of this is in the instructions. No parking - 3 spots only. Got a $125 ticket parking on the street across from the venue. No hot water. And no one to call about it, since there is no office and no front desk. A full hour I waited while calling and getting no answer. Eventually had to call Hotels.com just to get someone to respond. The "Queen" bed is a futon mattress. It was so thin, I had to pull the mattress out of the couch and double it up just to get a good night's sleep. I traveled for business. Finally sat down to eat my take out, since I couldn't use the kitchen. Watched the opening credits of a movie and the power went out.
