We have stayed in Vrbo timeshare multiple bedroom resorts. The kitchens are always beautifully stocked with ample serving dishes and cookware. This is important because we have small children who don’t always feel like behaving at a high end restaurant after playing in the pool or beach all day. This room was not stocked well for cooking. The teflon pans were warped and the plastic utensils were useless. Otherwise the place was clean but also wasn’t stocked with enough paper products or garbage bags. Only important if you’re trying to provide meals and keep up with takeout containers. We enjoyed playing Padel and the pool was great.

Disaster!!!, I choose this rooms to spend time the day of my birthday at this great location, I rented two rooms, my friends, my wife and I get there the day of my birthday, nice welcome at the location, but when we get to the rooms, we find dirty towels, personal trash, beds not made, and both rooms dirty, what a bad experience!!, its my birth day, we were planning to spend the afternoon at the beach and pools, we cannot change, get our clothes from the luggage, ufff. We contact the people that manage this and they apologize, and told us that they were going to send the cleaning crew, my wife is mad, my friends uncomfortable, some time has passed, we do not know what to do meanwhile, front desk tells us that cleaning is not covered by the Ritz Carlton, since these rooms belonged to other owners, so we just had to wait, then they called us and told us that they will give us another room to change, so we get the keys, we go to this room, and we get ready to go to the pool, by this time three hours of my birthday are wasted. Any way, bad management, and Ritz Carton should not sell some of their rooms so people can rent them, bad reputation for the hotel.

Carpets were stained faucet was leaking. Heat didn’t work. Dishwasher disposal was backing up with food. Coffee machine in the kitchen didn’t work. Out multiple outlets did not work. Unit smelled.
