The property was amazing with awesome views of the ocean and intercoastal. The rooms were spacious and clean, the building amenities were nice, and I would definitely stay here again.

Host was very responsive. However, the property is bad. Saw roaches in the kitchen, barely any plates or cups in the kitchen cabinets. Rust everywhere from kitchen stools, trash cans to door hinges. Broken furniture, dead batteries on clocks and broken doors. Location was nice and views are awesome. That's the only good thing about this property.

Weekend Getaway

Everything was as advertised. The unit was clean with mild wear and tear. It was comfortable and spacious for what we needed for the weekend. The only issue was the pre-chekin, which I was not accustomed to with VRBO. I had logon to the site of Staysol and provide two IDs with a screenshot showing where my credit card was charged for the stay, prior to check-in.Now that I know this is a requirement, I will be more than prepared for next time!!!The host was very responsive, which I appreciated. Walked me through the check-in process. I will be recommending and will return. Thank you
