This luxurious property in the heart of Brickell offers an upscale experience with elegantly appointed rooms and a range of premium amenities. Guests can take advantage of a state-of-the-art gym, a rooftop swimming pool, and a relaxing jacuzzi. Guest Registration and Building Access
For your convenience, please note that the building management requires the full name and a photo ID (passport for international guests, or driver’s license for U.S. guests) of each guest, along with an email address. Kindly submit these details via the “Contact Host” message thread, as we do not have access to IDs or emails sent directly to Airbnb.
Located in the heart of Brickell, Miami, you will have access to a range of on-site amenities including a pool, a game room, gym facilities, and complimentary parking for one vehicle, all subject to availability. These amenities are conveniently located on the 14th floor, with the pool open from 7 AM to 8 PM, the game room from 7 AM to 11 PM, and the gym accessible 24 hours, except for the weight room which operates from 8 AM to 11 PM.
When enjoying the pool area, you can stay connected via the dedicated Wi-Fi network named “Fission Wi-Fi by Hotwire.” Simply select it on your device and enter the password “cabb1200” when prompted.
You will have one complimentary parking space inside the building’s garage. Please be aware that the designated spot is on an upper level and may be a bit snug depending on your vehicle’s size. The clearance is 6 feet 2 inches. After registering at the front desk, they will guide you on how to access the garage and where to park.
Valet Parking and Additional Services
Should you have an additional vehicle, the building offers a valet parking service, available on a cash-only basis and subject to availability. The current rates are as follows: $4 for up to one hour, $8 for one to four hours, $10 for four or more hours, and $15 for overnight parking (from midnight to 10 AM). For SUVs, the rate is $30, and a lost ticket incurs a $30 fee. The valet operates daily from 7 AM to midnight. Please note that rates are subject to change without prior notice.
For your convenience, the front desk also provides luggage storage services if you need to store your bags before check-in or after check-out. This service is subject to availability and costs $5 per piece of luggage if collected before 5 PM, and $10 per piece if collected after 5 PM.
Upon registration at the front desk, you will be issued one physical key and one physical FOB, as the building’s policy allows only one FOB per apartment. If additional FOB access is needed for elevators or doors, a virtual FOB can be activated on your phone for a fee of $10 per device, subject to the building’s availability. For a seamless entry experience, you have the option to utilize the August app to control the apartment door directly from your smartphone. Please note that daily housekeeping is not included in the rental fee. Prior to your arrival, the apartment will be meticulously cleaned and prepared with fresh linens and towels by a professional cleaning service. Should you desire additional housekeeping during your stay, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an extra charge. We also kindly remind you to dispose of garbage daily to maintain a pleasant and hygienic environment.
