Overall experience was average. Building and condo are both pretty outdated. Can’t really beat it for the price though. Worked great for our crew. Located right on the beach and food/grocery right on property made it nice. Only did two nights.

It serves its purpose. Clean, spacious, and nice amenities. We did rent a car but there were plenty of taxis, Uber, Lyft available. I recommend this stay

Good location, if your looking to be near the beach. Apartment is a bit outdated, but has a lot of room for the entire family. Access to the gym and walking distance to beach, is a plus. Overall good stay.

Mold Problems and Crowds

Unfortunately, the condo had a bad mold problem. You could smell it as soon as you walked in, and there was visible mold and water damage. Check-in took about an hour (unfortunately, even though it’s a vrbo, you need to check in in person, and the lines were always long.) It really needs a deep clean (there were visible hairs and handprints), mold remediation, and remodeling.The location on the beach is nice.

The.Worst.Ever! I have nothing good to say. I wish I could turn back time & never have made the booking; total waste of money for trying to give my daughter an enjoyable trip on spring break for her birthday. I am just so upset that I spent my hard earned money & vacation time on such a location that you sign all these reservation policies to abide by but yet that company managing the unit doesn’t have to abide by any privacy policies. There was four teenage girls and two adult women in our group & all of us felt extremely unsafe and in fear that a strange man was gonna come in at any time knowing at least six people had the code to our door. Our unit was accessed on multiple occasions by strange men entering with no warning with or without us present. It was clearly made known that I wanted nobody in my unit when I wasn’t there & this man was in my unit when the teenage girls returned after the pool & because I wasn’t expecting anybody in my unit, my valuables were not locked up & this person was touching our baggage and moving things around. He just walked in the unit… I mean what if the girls were in the shower or changing? I can’t even imagine what could’ve happened. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my 40 years of traveling. Also-The valet parking takes an hour or more at any time day or night to get your vehicle & all of the workers are rude & inconsiderate of your belongings. There is no concern for safety! Not ADA compliant! Not sure how this place is open.

Overall good stay! The floors were super dirty! Not sure if it was ever mopped, but very spacious place! Has when you need with coffee pots and pans for light cooking. Couches were really comfy and was the bed, they also provided us with a last minute baby crib! Over all a good experience, will definitely stay again

More than met our needs. Lack of lounging chairs, pool was not available - despite being advised it would be ready by Thanksgiving. The prop Mgmt people were immediately responsive!! Some of the renovations over the years were not very impressive.

Floors dirty. Showers very poorly maintained. Pool was closed regularly for disinfectant, sometimes a whole day of no pool. Overall complex is old and depressing.

Very Clean

The condo was very clean & the check in was easy. It was not a pool view, it was a view of the procession of cars coming and going. The condo itself has a nice loft layout, but it needs some TLC. It looks like it has definitely been used. None of the sinks or drains worked fully, water never drained. You had to hold up the drain for water to go down. It is a perfect spot on the beach which is what we wanted and easy to get everywhere location-wise.

The condo was exactly as advertised: great location, easy check-in, roomy condo for 4 people. The negatives were: We reached out to property manager about garbage bags and never heard back. Rented bikes from rental shop in the lower level of property and it was a terrible experience. Bikes are in deplorable condition. Pool area was disappointing and subpar compared to surrounding properties.

It is not as advertised. You might see ocean from living room if you look hard. Deck looks over highway and tennis courts. Barely room for 2 chairs. Both bedrooms are up flight of steps. So much for advertised lobby level no stairs to climb with luggage. Whole place needs remodeling. It has a lot of wear and tear. One bedrooms bathroom is downstairs off the kitchen. Not too convenient. The other is small and has no vanity space for personal items. The tub and shower area are in need of repair and upgrading. Pool is under construction so no go there. I lit is not as I imagined

Amazing stay

Location is great! Front ocean. The check in very smooth! Compare to other ppl we watched - have been standing in endless lines to check in. We got access codes/instructions the day of and were able to enter the unit as soon as arrived. The unit is very spacious, just as described! Lots of space for everyone to hang out without feeling tight. Full size kitchen is a huge bonus (fully equipped, which we didn’t even expect, all pots/pans/tea pots/cups/glasses etc). Mattress very comfortable which is important for rental units. Plenty convenient stores around to buy anything you need (light groceries, alcohol, supplies). What to not expect from the building itself: no pool chairs (very limited amount and rest are either broken or taken early), no service at the beach, no chair/umbrellas at the beach (all have to buy/rent on your own). The unit can provide bucket/broom (to wash floors) for tenants who like their floor shiny/sand free everyday😇 as well as bigger beach chairs (enough for ppl occupancy for the unit). Host has been very quick to response, always helpful. Overall amazing stay! Would gladly be back soon!
