I would not recommend to anyone who is expecting human interaction. Also their Ipad system is not the best idea. Rooms are extremely small. The biggest benefit of this hotel is it's location. Outside of that it's really a 2.5 for someone who's on a budget go ahead, but if you have a bit more means you're better off getting a nice hotel on the beach

The rooms are very tiny..2 people can barely get around each other. Two types of shampoo but no body wash in shower. Pool closes at 8:00. The hotel discourages getting daily room service. And the trash cans fill up quickly. Guests are called “citizens”. Will not stay here again

Rooms are perfect for a couple. Not big, but you’re in beautiful Miami, go outside! Room is about as customizable as you could possibly ask for (lighting, blinds, blackout curtains, etc..) The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Best breakfast I’ve ever had a hotel with anything you could want. Bar is open 24/7 for food and drink and is reasonably priced. Directly in front is the Miami Heat arena. 10/10 recommend.

Friendly front desk staff, although room was a small, the space was comfortable and neat. I would have liked to iron in my room but I understand the spacing issue. I would recommend to have an iron room on each flow rather than only 2 floors (5 & 3) as they have 10 floors I think. Maybe serve some other food outside of breakfast like sandwiches etc. Overall it was a good experience.

This hotel is minimalist yet upscale. Because the rooms are only large enough to contain the essentials, there is less opportunity for misuse of the rooms. Our room was smaller than the stateroom cabin on the cruise ship that we were about to take. But it was perfect for a sound night's sleep precruise. Also, there is a nice bar and restaurant onsite. And, the property is conveniently located within walking distance of the cruiseport trolley if weather permits.

I really like staying here breakfast on site food and drinks there staff was amazing especially the one guy who checked us in he was so cool and the security lady was awesome too they made our stay feel so safe and the food was delicious if and when we go this would be a place to stay

The manager and house cleaning manager tried to charge us 500$ US for a coffee stain on the mattress. They said it was blood. They were rude and said we had to pay or leave the hotel, so we left. We had to find another hotel. I mean if your mattress is worth 500$US_683$CAN, don’t you think you’d use a better mattress cover than a cheap one? Plus the room was so small, my partner and I were constantly bumping into each other.

We at citizenM believe that useful perks like XL beds, massive windows for city views, and in room technology are so much cooler than having a ton of extra space but we understand that this is not everyone's preference. Sadly the mattress was rendered unusable and we needed to take action in accordance with our booking terms and conditions. Safe travels!
