The room was in a great location since we needed to be near U Miami. However we were looking for a Blue and Yellow complex and the buildings were repainted to beige so we almost thought we were in the wrong place at first! Half the outlets in the apartment did not work and the sofa bed was broken so our first night was a little uncomfortable. However, the apartment was clean and comfortable and close to everything! The management company did send a maintenance repair person to check out the sofa bed so they were attentive to the problem. Overall it is worth it if you need to be close to the University!

yes, room was spotless. TV impossible to figure out for network TV...used my tablet for Countour....but I was not in the room much. Did not use amenities. Unit 306 faces Red Road, is close to Metro, and US-1 - and was noisy until ca. 11 pm...and racing cars from time-to-time from 1100 to 3 or so. I slept fine, but the road sound could be annoying for some guests. This was my first experience with a no-person / use digital codes to enter, etc...and that worked well. Very nice unit clean and nicely appointed for a three day business trip.

2nd time I've stayed at this property. It's perfectly decent. Building is reasonably well maintained. The gym features definitely older equipment, some of which is borderline unusable. Water pressure for shower quite low. There was a dog barking in one of the adjacent suites for a significant part of my days here. The kitchen is quite well equipped and pool is nice. There is a Whole Foods within walking distance. Otherwise, not a lot around the property. The area feels pretty safe for your average tourist.

The property is very noisy. You can hear cars outside, other tenants watching tv and the bed was making noise every time I was trying to turn waking up everyone around. Also, not a very good location, far from everything.

Nice property n location

The condo was very nice and comfortable. However, we had 3 people staying and in each bathroom there was 2 towels, washcloths, hand towels. For my husband n i , it meant 1 for each of us, so we had to wash them every day. Inconvenient when we went to pool ( no towel to u se for shower after. Walls were very thin. We could hear the people arguing and talking loud in hall late at night, doors slamming. They need vending machines in each building for better convenience, did not like having to go outside to the pool building to get a drink( and no rootbeer or dr pepper anywhere). My light switch in bedroom did not work so had to walk across room in dark to turn on the lamps. Overall though, they were pretty nice condos. Property was gorgeous, pool was nice and location perfect. We were there for our grand daughters graduation at the university, so it was very close. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Great for U Miami family stay

We rented this apartment to stay in during family weekend at U Miami. It was perfect - plenty of room, free parking, reasonable price, close to campus and easy food options like Whole Foods. We will definitely stay here again!

08 night sad stay

We had a 02 guest, 08 night vacation stay at Dharma Suites. This was our first experiente at a non-traditional hotel, just found-it out after the reservation was made and paid for. The positive aspect: a spacious apartment.. Other aspects: after I had reservation made, I asked information about house cleanig. For my total surprise, I would need to hire extra cleaning service for US$ 175 + Tax for every single cleaning. I obviously refused to use it.. We had a late check-in. Although the check-in instructions were quite clear, it was difficult to find the buiding D, among several other buildings with poor lighting and identification. After enquiries, was lucky to meet a complex janitor, who somewhat pointed out the direction to the Building D. Next challenge was to find the designated parking spot. In the property, the terrace was unavailable for use as the were furnitures covered with plastic tarp since the complex was undergoing major paint services in the building facades. In addition,the front streets were partially blocked by maintenance crane trucks every day, what made Every shopping bags and luggage loading/unloading a challenging task. Back to the apartment itself, the furnitures were just right, cheap models, nothing special to enchant the guests, The lines were old and worn out. Finally, a rather unfriendly check-out instructions from management: although I had put out the garbage every other day, they instruct

Full, well equipped kitchen. Property this time of year was quiet (no idea what it's like during the school year, or high season). Nice sized pool, often had it to myself. Only little complaint was regarding the exercise room. It is advertised as being available. I texted the management to find the location which they promptly responded to with details on how to get there. They just forgot to tell me it was closed for renovations, :-( and has been since April.
