Older renovated building. Not fancy but clean. Price was great, staff very nice and helpful, bed was comfortable. Centrally located to access the keys and the Everglades
It was overall a pleasant stay. Everyone was very friendly. Nice restaurant on 1st floor. We could never get tv working but not a deal breaker. Neighborhood a little sketchy.
We visited Redland Hotel 3/7-9. Christine was very friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for dining, sightseeing and providing glasses and ice bucket so we could have beverages in our room. The hotel was quaint but was clearly remodeled inexpensively: there was no lamp or bedside table by the bed; no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo, so we had to put those items on the shower floor. Light could be seen all the way around the door to the hallway as no door trim had been installed. A single serve coffee pot was provided, but coffee had to be purchased from a vending machine and no sugar or creamer was provided. Those items would've been nice. We loved the balcony access from our room and enjoyed sitting on the common balcony and watching the neighborhood. thank you!
Shower water was impossible to get warm, and it didn’t matter if it was morning or the middle of the night. There was music, and the doors didn’t affect how loud it was in the room. Sirens all night long. Parking was a little tight. Restaurant employees were rude although food was good.
