Great view was really it. The host was great, accommodating and communication was excellent. The shower head was dated. Beds were comfortable, an upgrade wouldn't hurt. Pillows were nice and fluffy. We had enough room for our family, there is a small refrigerator which was nice. It was a condo/resort/hotel - unorganized and created a bit of confusion. The security, front desk, valet, and housekeeping and/or pool lady are all different companies, nobody knows anything about the other. That's the reason for a 4 star rating
