The staff should be fired ,when I arrived at the apartment there was somebody inside it already . Each time I called for my refund a guy from the host hung up on me .They are lying and lying , they said I Would get my refund from 5 to 7 business day It’s been 3 weeks ,nothing Worst experience ever
