The property was very nice and well equipped. The rep at checking did not know about our room. She tried to give me a different room that was assigned from my property manager. Once we checked in everything was ok. We enjoyed the property, everything was very nice.

We had a great stay and the host was very accommodating. We did expect a bed in the one room where there was just a pullout couch- that was not very comfortable. The other rooms were as expected!

Excellent location and apartment!

Our family with teens had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The unit is clean and updated, with a sleeping layout that accommodated us easily. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cookware, and the appliances were all new. Great building with friendly staff. The pool area is amazing and the walk out to boardwalk and beach cannot be beaten. We parked at the cheap public lot next door instead of using the convenient but slightly more expensive valet service. Location was convenient to groceries, restaurants, South Beach, and highways to downtown. We can't wait to come back!

My 50th birthday

I was really excited to stay at the condo, but I wasn't impressed with the room because the place is in need of some work especially the carpet and cracks in walls, and the fact that for the money spent there was alot of confusion on who was to service our needs. Alot of rules that I felt were impersonal like if you wash your face that has makeup on it you will be charged for towels, that's a basic necessity. Overall management did respond when I reached out.

Beautiful place to stay

This place had all the amenities ,very clean ,overlooking the marina.Pool area and access to the beach was beautiful.Had a little trouble checking in as i usually look thru the app i booked from, but in this case and email was sent to my spam folder. I was able to call the owner and he answered immediately.If im ever back in Miami i will definitely stay here again :)

The entire building needs to be renovated.

This is an old property. The unit was clean but extremely outdated. Wires were hanging from the tv, wires were hanging from a hole in the closet, wires were running along the baseboards. The entire building and unit needs a complete overhaul. I was shocked how old and rundown the entire building was. I would not recommend.

Awesome place in Miami

This property was just great. It was super clean and everyone was helpful staff wise. It’s in the middle of everything in Miami so we didn’t feel we had to travel far to get anywhere. Also the beach and the pool was just a plus . Just awesome.

Property and room were nice but the staff was extremely rude of the hotel. Vrbo and the hits rentals were great. But as for the Alexander hotel staff they were very rude

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean and looks better than the pictures! I had questions before I got there and when I got there and they were quick to respond and helped in any way they could.
