We were 8 adults in town for a wedding at Thalatta Estates. Home was perfect. Only 5 minutes from the venue. Home offered everything we needed. The outside space was perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Jorge was extremely responsive and immediately responded with answers to our questions.

The perfect Miami stay

We were a large group in town for a sporting event. The house is newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen and great room. There are some bedrooms for quiet and luxury and others to pack your friends in. Pool, ping pong. basketball and hammocks make it a hard place to leave. Quiet residential neighborhood close to stores and interstate.

Very clean - lots to do!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and nice. We enjoyed all the entertainment options outside. There was enough space and things to do for our family of 5. My only complaint is that the pool heater was on and set to 95 degrees in June. We did not realize a heater was set until our last night, which was too late. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Our family of 12 totally enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty ofroom. The highlight was the magical backyard. We all enjoyed the pool area, basketball court , putting green, ping pong and the little tropical beach area.The owner was very responsive when we had a plumping issue. Afew recommendations would be anote book with frequently asked questions about operations of things, places to eat, shop or explore. Family fun

Loved everything about the house. It was super clean and organized. Plenty of room. The yard is amazing. My only area of concern is when you have a home that sleeps 15 /- people that there's only one refrigerator. When you're buying groceries for that many people for a week, plus trying to have room for beverages it's impossible. I understand that most kitchens cannot fit to refrigerators. But there could be an outside refrigerator, there could at least be coolers for use to store extra food or beverages. Coolers would be a great addition to this vrbo. Keep two of them in the hallway closet for use for people. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. We made it work with the one refrigerator, obviously, coolers would just be a great addition!!!!Jorge was great to communicate with prior to stay.

Yearly family vacation.

Been coming to Fl. 20 years, with our kids now grandchildren. We rent VRBOs, different homes each year as family grew. This home meet our family needs. Clean , one level, open kitchen and family room off the large back yard. As a rental general wear and tear noted. But clean. Jorge did respond to our needs as needed. Pool was great warm,. Couple of recommendations, toilet plunger on site, update cooking pans, steak knives, spatulas and patio table to eat out side. Loved the green space in back yard, really have to drive to grocery store any shopping. Great place if you stay put all week. On a busy street but if you love stay out by pool , back yard quiet. Won’t be back only because my husband and I drive from MN traffic is getting horrible. Driving through Florida. The rest family fly. Next year it’s Destin Fl! Thank you Jorge.

Great property for families

This is a great property for kids- the pool, playground, basketball net entertained my children immensely! The property is fairly new and clean and the host was easy to communicate with. We had a great time!
