This host is a scammer

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOST! They disclose anything about resort fees, parking fees, or anything else until one day before. They asked for a signed contract outside of VRBO, which is against VRBO policy and also gives them the right to charge me AGAIN after I’ve already paid via VRBO. When I called them out, they said this is what everyone does so I have to also. VRBO clearly said this is against their policy. I had to dispute this transaction and get my money back.
